Be Happy Property Services started in 2011 with one truck, one employee, and a simple standard: show up on time, do the work right, and stand behind it. Today we are a 30+ employee Alaskan operation serving homeowners, HOAs, and commercial properties across Anchorage, Eagle River, and the Mat-Su Valley.
From One Lawn & Snow Route to Full-Service Property Care
Be Happy Property Services was founded in 2011, originally focusing on winter snow plowing and summer lawn mowing across Anchorage. In our very first summer, our commitment to precision turf care earned us the contract to maintain Anchorage's professional rugby field.
By 2012, clients who trusted our reliability outdoors began asking if we could help with interior repairs, carpentry, and seasonal maintenance inside their homes and commercial buildings. We expanded to add dedicated handyman and remodeling divisions so our customers wouldn't have to juggle five different contractors.
Since then, we have grown from a 1-employee operation to more than 30 full-time professionals operating out of our central Anchorage yard at 1118 E 71st Ave, Anchorage, AK 99518 — running our own heavy plow trucks, loaders, excavators, dump trucks, landscaping rigs, and licensed carpentry crews.
